Pre-Group exercise for those who would like to attend:
10:45 with 15min. of Shaking Yoga (shaking loose anything unlike Love)
11:00 half hr. meditation

Group begins: Join by zoom or in person at any time~.
11:30am – 1:00pm The Pathwork of Self-Transformation group begins
