Since time immemorial, every spiritual tradition of the world has used sound for healing, ceremony and trance. Sound is an integral part of shamanic practices and is used extensively today in scientific research, as well as in integrative medicine. Like no other sound, the voice connects us with our true energetic and emotional nature. It becomes a link with our spiritual life by revealing deeper aspects of the self and the spirit world.

Embark in shamanic journey through chanting the magic of the Peruvian icaros, tuning to the healing energy of plants and medicine melodies, songs of divination and Yoruba incantations. Gain experience in how to incorporate these spirit inspired voices in your practice. Experience the devotional nature of the shamanic chant and achieve a new level of excellence in your spiritual practice.

Silvia Nakkach, MA, MMT, Grammy nominated and award-winning composer, voice-culturist, and former psychotherapist, an accredited authority in the field of sound in transformation of consciousness and shamanism cosmology. She is the Founding Director of the international Vox Mundi School of Sound and the Voice and she is in the faculty of the California Institute of integral Studies where she created the premier academic Sound, Voice, and Music Healing Certificate. For more than 29 years, she has studied classical Indian music under the direction of the late maestro Ali Akbar Khan. She is just completed her latest book Free Your Voice, and has released several CD albums. www.voxmundiproject.com
